Job Title: Regional Sales Representative – Food Safety & GMO Diagnostics
Location: British Columbia (In-person)
Salary: Competitive base + bonus + commission

About Artron:
Artron is a global leader in rapid diagnostics, providing innovative solutions in medical devices and food safety. We are expanding our international presence and are seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth in South America and Europe.

The Role:
You will lead B2B sales efforts for Artron’s GMO testing and food safety products in international markets. This is a hands-on role involving market development, client engagement, and technical advisory, representing Artron at industry events and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for South American and European markets.
• Identify and secure new business with food producers, testing labs, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
• Educate clients on GMO diagnostic products (PCR, ELISA, lateral flow assays).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt campaigns for regional markets.
• Represent Artron at trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 1–2 years B2B sales experience in agriculture, food safety, or biotechnology.
• Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic methods is a plus.
• Native-level fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or other European languages is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Reporting to the Director, Operations the Program Manager is responsible for the management of strategic programs and related projects and services of the Food Protection team within Environmental Health Services. The Program Manager is responsible for the identification, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of key programs and services. The Program Manager works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in support of the development, implementation, and evaluation of food safety and environmental health programs, services and Ministry mandated and delegated legislative responsibilities. Supervises staff, develops budgets, and monitors expenditures for the Food Protection team. Given the complexity of the system level changes expected through the development, implementation and evaluation of programs and services, the Program Manager applies a solid base of leadership and management knowledge and skills to enable best practice, performance improvement, and system integration to ensure alignment with BCCDC and PHSA vision, mandate, and strategic directions.
